Case Study
Project: Swanson Fire Pit
We met with the client on what seemed to be a simple property maintenance estimate. They were looking to add some plants around the deck and spruce up the rest of the property. This project took an interesting turn when we inquired about a brick pad that had been framed into the deck. The client informed us he had recessed pavers in the deck to protect the wood from any falling embers from a fire pit.
We were excited, here was an opportunity to show case our new custom product, LP fire pits. He already had a 100 gallon LP tank installed on the property and hole framed into his deck (This is meant to be, and it was). After some discussion and a formal proposal we were underway.
We worked in conjunction with Apollo Propane to connect to the existing tank and the solution worked seamlessly. The fire pit was created using Ez-Stack Block and an 18” square burner kit, all of which are manufactured locally. After completion, we took the Swansons a gift basket that included smores (of course), and stopped by the property to ensure proper flame adjustment. The project was a total success, it was great to see first hand the enjoyment that was add to this outdoor space.
